Soil sample kits can be picked up at the Jefferson County Extension Office (864 Collins Road in Jefferson).

Please note that your local Extension office does not test soil samples. Once you pick up a soil sample bag packet from your local office, please follow the instructions provided and mail sample to the Soil & Plant Analysis Lab:
