Auction Check Information
If you or your exhibitor sold an animal in the auction or participated in the Dairy Youth Showcase, please know that checks will be cut soon!
Each year, we must wait to reach a certain amount of money back from all buyers to cover the costs of the exhibitor’s auction checks. Once we reach the threshold needed from buyers, we will immediately cut the checks and inform you that they’re ready.
Please note: this year, auction checks must be picked up in the Activity Center Office. We will not be mailing them due to the large amount of checks that were lost last year.
