Elliott Small is being recognized for his continued dedication to the Jefferson County 4-H program and the example he sets for younger members. As a leader on the Youth Livestock Committee and member of the Ixonia Victory 4-H Club, Elliott works closely with peers and youth to build a welcoming, supportive environment where members can learn and grow together. His strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help others reflect the core values of 4-H.
Throughout his 4-H career, Elliott has shown a commitment to learning and participation earning the Wisconsin 4-H Key Award, the highest award a 4-H member can recieve. He has been actively involved in livestock and meats judging, representing Wisconsin at the national level at both the Western National Stock Show in Denver and The American Royal at Kansas City.
Elliott attends Iowa State University and is working toward becoming a large animal vet. His experiences in 4-H have helped shape his goals, and he looks forward to continuing to learn and give back to the agricultural community in the future.
