Static Judging Times
If you’re bringing a static (non-animal) project in the junior departments, the sign-up to choose your time is now open! Scheduling your time helps our staff stay organized and helps reduce your wait time!

Check the premium book for your schedule, but in general, here are the times for judging:
- June 28th: ALL SPROUT static projects and MOST Junior Static projects
- Junior projects judged: (Animal & Vet, Natural Science, Cultural Arts, Photography, Computers, Woodworking, Electricity, Mechanical Science, Clothing, Knitting/Crocheting, Home Environment, Child Development, Youth Leadership, Health Political & Social Sciences)
- July 5th: All Music & Drama performances (superintendents will reach out to schedule your performance)
- July 7th: Foods, Plant & Soil Science, Flowers & House Plants
- July 12th: Live archery judging
Upcoming Dates/Deadlines:
May 31st: Mandatory auction form, including YQCA certificate completed
- 1 form submission per exhibitor (sorry families, but this is the best way for us to stay organized)

May 31: Exhibit Registration Close
