Member of the Month: Vivian Stahl

As a participant and youth leader in the Jefferson County 4‑H program, Vivian Stahl has played a significant positive role in leading our Youth Livestock Committee, bringing an outstanding combination of motivation, teamwork, and organization to the group. She not only excels in her own responsibilities but lifts up those around her, encouraging other youth to get involved, take on leadership roles, and develop confidence in their own abilities. Her natural ability to motivate others contributes to a welcoming and energetic environment that strengthens our entire program.

This past year, Vivian also joined our Youth Livestock Judging Team for the very first time. Despite being new to judging, she demonstrated an impressive level of focus and determination, ultimately earning the opportunity to compete at the National Western Stock Show in Denver. Competing at the national level is an exceptional achievement for any youth. Achieving this on her first attempt speaks volumes about Vivian’s work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to push herself toward excellence.

Vivian’s organizational skills further set her apart. Whether coordinating youth committee activities, preparing for judging practices, or managing her own livestock projects, she approaches each responsibility with professionalism and attention to detail. Her strong communication skills and positive attitude make her an asset in any group setting, and she consistently contributes to a supportive, team‑oriented atmosphere.

Thank you, Vivian, for her leadership and dedication to both her peers and the livestock project areas!
